SKIN CUPID - INTERVIEW TASK
interview task
For an interview task for Skin Cupid, I was asked to design/illustrate an email banner amongst a few instagram story assets to promote their valentines day campaign. Although I wasn’t successful due to distance to get into office, i am extremely proud of the outcome of this work, I received a lot of positive feedback and praise from the hiring team. This was a short project that combined my love for illustration with my graphic design skills to create something totally new and intriguing. I was given permission by skin cupid to include this in my portfolio.
OH, SUMMER!
‘Oh summer!’ is an illustration I created for a tote bag design that was available on my Etsy shop, Where i also sold original art prints, bag designs and posters. It captured the beauty of summer with new growth of plants and insects.

PATTERN DESIGN
In 2024 I created lots of original pattern designs and mocked them up on to baby and children clothing. I took part in a social media daily challenge of creating a pattern with a prompt for one month, these are just two of my favourite designs created in this time. One is a dinosaur themed pattern with three dinosaur types and lots of colour, the other is a summer themed pattern with ladybugs and flowers.

‘Beauty in age’ is a digital painting that captures a quiet moment of reflection through expressive brushwork and warm earthy tones. The piece explores texture, light, and character, using layered digital strokes to emulate the depth and imperfection of traditional oil painting. Inspired by nostalgia and simplicity, the artwork portrays a sense of wisdom and calm a glimpse into the peaceful rhythm of everyday life no matter the age.
